Terms of Sale
  1. Please note that konicacomputers.in and its parent company, M/s KONICA COMPUTERS, act as a distributor and marketing entity, not as a manufacturer.
  2. We certify that our registration under the TNGST Act, 1959, remains valid on the date when goods listed in this invoice/cash memo are sold in the ordinary course of business.
  3. Our liability concludes the moment goods depart from our warehouse.
  4. All our sales come with a valid GST invoice. Products are not sold without one. If you require your company's GST number to appear on the invoice, kindly mention it in the comment section during checkout and upload all 3 pages of your GST certificate.
  5. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any advance amount paid while ordering is non-refundable in case of customer-initiated cancellation.
  6. If the buyer cancels before dispatch, a 2% convenience fee will apply. Once the item is shipped, cancellation by the buyer will attract a 5% fee. If a buyer requests a change after dispatch, 3% will be deducted. No fees apply for order modifications before shipment. These charges will be adjusted from the refund, which will be processed only after we receive the product in original condition.
  7. Payments made using Bajaj EMI are subject to a non-refundable convenience fee, and if cancellation occurs after dispatch, a 5% deduction is applied. This is only valid for buyer-initiated cancellations.
  8. Items sold comprise individual computer components or sub-assemblies. These are not complete systems unless clearly described as “New PC System.”
  9. Products intended for specialized environments or abnormal usage must be declared at the time of purchase. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty.
  10. Customers are expected to be aware of these terms; claims of ignorance will not exempt anyone from their responsibilities.
  11. For Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims, the entire package including all parts and accessories must be present. Missing items will result in rejection of DOA and handling under regular RMA terms.
  12. Damage due to mishandling, broken components, or tampered warranty stickers voids any warranty. All items must be installed by qualified hardware professionals.
  13. konicacomputers.in reserves full rights to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
  14. Legal matters related to purchases are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Kolkata Courts.

Warranty & RMA Terms
  1. All items carry a carry-in warranty. Shipping costs (both to and from) for products sent for RMA after the initial support window will be borne by the buyer.
  2. On-site warranties are applicable only within regions covered by the brand. Areas outside this zone will be supported under carry-in terms.
  3. RMA products sent back via our courier arrangements are not insured, and we are not responsible for any damage during return transit.
  4. A product with a Direct or Manufacturer Warranty must be claimed directly through the respective brand or distributor. We hold no legal or financial responsibility, but we’re here to help if you face difficulties.
  5. Always include a copy of your invoice when submitting a product for warranty service.
  6. Returned products will be considered for repair or replacement only if they are physically intact.
  7. Items with signs of burns, broken pins, cracks, missing parts, or tampered warranty labels will not be accepted under warranty and will be considered void.
  8. We request your understanding regarding delays in RMA processing, as the timeline is determined by the brand, not by us.
  9. Damage caused due to mishandling, improper use, or environmental issues voids the warranty. It’s assumed that such issues would not occur under standard conditions.
  10. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only, and follows the policy set by the respective brand. If a local service center exists, customers must contact them directly.
  11. Warranty services, such as repair or replacement, will follow the brand's warranty policy.
  12. RMA items returned without accessories, packaging, manuals, or media may be rejected.
  13. Any legal disputes or service escalations must be directed to the brand’s official address. We are not liable in such cases.
  14. Warranty services will only be extended if the full payment has been completed.
  15. Our RMA assistance is a value-added benefit, not a guaranteed or permanent offering. We reserve the right to discontinue this support without prior notice.

  2. The website content is independently managed and owned by KONICA COMPUTERS.Users may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, repost, or commercially exploit any content in any form.
  3. All content is provided as-is and KONICACOMPUTERS. disclaims all warranties—express or implied—related to the content or services. Any disputes are governed exclusively by the Kolkata judiciary.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service if a technical glitch, virus, or system bug compromises its integrity or security.
  5. We respect your privacy. Your personal details—including name, phone number, email, or browsing behavior—will not be shared with external parties.
  6. KONICA COMPUTERS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, without assigning a reason.
  7. You have control over your personal data. We provide mechanisms to update or withdraw consent and we are committed to addressing your privacy concerns.
  8. Your sensitive details such as passwords, credit card, and bank account numbers are never disclosed to third-party marketers or advertisers.
  9. In compliance with regulations, cash payments above ₹50,000 are not accepted.
