Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  1. You can easily cancel your order through the order panel using the hassle-free cancellation option. Alternatively, you may email or call us to request a cancellation.
  2. If the cancellation is initiated by the buyer, the convenience fee charged will not be refunded. However, if the order is cancelled from our end, a full refund including the convenience fee will be processed. The non-refundable convenience fee applies only when the buyer cancels and requests a refund.
  3. For orders cancelled by the buyer before shipment, a 2% convenience fee will be deducted. If the order is already shipped, a 5% deduction applies for cancellations initiated by the buyer. In case the buyer wishes to modify the order after it has been shipped, a 3% fee will be applied. No fee is charged for modifications made before shipping. These fees will be adjusted from the total refund. Refunds are initiated once the product is returned to us in the same condition as dispatched.
  4. These charges only apply if the cancellation or modification request is initiated by the buyer. No fees are deducted if the cancellation or modification is initiated by us.
  5. For issues involving products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer. At Konica Computers, we aim to assist our customers as much as possible, which is why we follow a flexible cancellation policy.

Return / Refund Policy

  1. We accept return/refund requests only in cases where the delivered item is defective, dead on arrival, incorrect, or damaged. The buyer must notify us within 3 days of delivery (or 7 days for complete PC sets). Issues must be reported through email (preferred) or phone.
  2. Returns or refunds are not applicable if the product seal is broken and the item is not defective.
  3. If any accessory or part is missing from the returned package, the return/refund request will be rejected.
  4. Buyers must retain all packaging materials until the return period expires. This helps in properly repacking the product to avoid damage during return transit.
  5. Products must be repackaged securely in the same condition as received. Do not apply adhesive materials like tape or glue directly to the product or its box, as it may lead to cancellation of the return request.
  6. All accessories delivered with the product must be returned in full and in the same condition.
  7. Refunds for payments made through our gateway will be credited to the original account. For BANK TRANSFER and COD orders, refunds will be processed to the buyer's bank account. Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to reflect.
  8. If the payment was made via Bajaj EMI, a 5% deduction will be applied to the total order value upon cancellation by the buyer.
